New Product: Tungsten Lure Range

For this season we are super excited to be launching a couple of tungsten lure ranges to the NZ market. TG SLJ Jigs are in-stores now. Tungsten allows the angler to decrease the profile of their lure while maintaining a heavier weight, this can prove deadly in a number of fishing situations.
The benefits to the angler are:
- Being heavier in weight & smaller in profile creates less resistance and increases sink rates. This equates to your lure spending more time in the strike zone.
- If fish are tuned in to smaller bait in deeper water, you can deliver a more natural presentation by matching the size of the bait. Also if fish are tentative on the bite sometimes a smaller bait will get their attention
- Tungsten is 1.7x denser than lead, this increases sensitivity and transmission of vibration
- Tungsten is tougher than lead, increasing the life span of your lure
- Tungsten is environmentally friendly
