Favourite Technique / Species / Fishing Style

Favourite technique would have to be shallow water soft baiting with light tackle. Casting into the wash with the thought of getting into a battle with a trophy Snapper keeps me casting all day. I also love a good Saltwater fly session too.

Favourite fish: Snapper, Kingfish

Angling Inspiration

Growing up I was always exposed to fishing. My Dad is a keen fisherman and I would always tag along on days out on the water. As I got older, my passion for fishing grew, learning new techniques on how to catch different species and how the fishing world is forever changing keeps things interesting.

Setting hooks! From the feeling of striking, to having the rod stop mid-way for then the fish to have an explosive run gets the adrenaline pumping.
